Kapiti Coast:

The Kapiti Coast is one of the fastest growing areas in New Zealand and is known as the ‘Nature Coast’. It enjoys excellent beaches, walking tracks, nature reserves and an abundance of arts and crafts in and around the village.

Kapiti Island, just offshore, is a nature reserve not to be missed. The area has excellent fishing and diving with charters available from Finn's on our boat Kai Moana.

If staying for business or pleasure you can relax at the end of the day with a drink in the bar or enjoy an evening meal in Finn's Restaurant which is open for dinner Wednesday to Sunday inclusive from 6pm - 8.30pm. Local wines are in stock and a local brew ‘Tuatara’ Pilsner and Hefe are on tap.

Travellers booked on the ferry to the north or south find Paekakariki the perfect place to spend the night rather than stay in the hustle and bustle of the city. A 30-40 minute train ride takes you right to the door of Wellington's Westpac Stadium, making it the perfect place to stay when attending a function there. A return train ride brings you right back to the door.
